The Villa
The spacious open-plan living room is
smartly furnished with cream leather sofas and provençal-style
glass and metalwork in the dining area. The room is full of
sunshine all day and leads to the terrace with its magnificent
view over the green of the park to the Mediterranean.
In the pretty provençal-style kitchen, all modern appliances
are provided including dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven,
fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and microwave. There is a
barbecue on the paved patio next to the terrace: a beautiful
place to dine on a warm evening with the lights of Antibes and
Nice glittering along the bay.
Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms (two doubles,
one twin) and two bathrooms, one en suite to the main bedroom.
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with a double futon bed and
an additional bathroom with shower. The villa sleeps 8 in
comfort and a cot is available on request.
The charming garden is planted with lemon and olive trees and
there is a large lawn area with sun-loungers for soaking up
the sunshine. For a change of scene, guests also have use of
the 25m domaine pool, sun terraces and boules court. The
domaine pool has a long shallow end, very suitable for
children.
The villa has satellite TV, DVD player, a CD/cassette player
and radio, a telephone line for internet access, ample sun-loungers
and garden furniture and safe parking for three cars. The
weekly rental includes bed linen and towels. The pool has a
sonar alarm for safety. For the comfort of all our guests, we
request no smoking inside the villa.
Everything at Villa Azure is arranged to make your holiday
carefree and enjoyable.
Local Attractions
The magical villages
and sophisticated resorts of the French Riviera are all within
easy reach for guests at Villa Azure. The quiet residential
domain is only 5 minutes from quaint Biot village with its
typical weekly market, village shops and pavement cafes. The
beaches are a pleasant walk through the park. Antibes with its
vibrant nightlife and charming old town full of excellent
restaurants is a short drive away.
The exceptional location of this lovely
villa, at the heart of the Cote d'Azur, guarantees an exciting
holiday for all ages. From the glamorous seaside resorts of
Cannes and Juan-les-Pins to the magical hilltop villages of St
Paul de Vence and Eze, there is a wealth of sightseeing and
interest. On the coast, choose from miles of beaches or watch
the world go by at one of the elegant open-air cafes. Take a
boat trip from Cannes to the Island St. Margeurite and see the
tiny cell where the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask was
imprisoned. Drive the spectacular coast road, the Moyenne
Corniche from Nice to Monte Carlo and see the casino, the
luxury yacht marina and the Grimaldi family chateau. Inland is
a paradise for walkers and lovers of nature, with glorious
mountain scenery, medieval villages and dramatic river gorges.
A must for the children, is a visit
to
the nearby entertainment complex comprising of
Marineland, Aquasplash, childrens farm and Adventure Golf.
The nearby Antibesland is a large funfair with rides (some not
for the faint hearted) and sidestalls to suit all ages.
The choice is all yours: spend a lazy day by the pool with a
barbecue for supper, have fun packed day at Marineland or drive to Italy for a wonderful day out.

Saturday. However, we may be able to be flexible so please
contact us if you would like to start your holiday on another
day.
For two week rentals, a mid-holiday clean
and linen change is included in the price. Additional cleaning
is available at extra cost.
Electricity (high usage only) is charged by meter reading.
Normal electricity usage does not incur this extra charge.
Linen and towels included
(beach towels not included). Cots and high chairs
available on request.
Garden and pool
maintenance included.
Maid service, excursions,
airport and train transfers can be arranged, contact us for
details and prices.
A non-returnable deposit
of 25% is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks
before departure.
