The Villa
Villa BellaVista is a
superbly appointed, elegant, Provencal style holiday home with
sweeping views from the Maritime Alps to Antibes. The
beautiful, illuminated swimming pool and the lovely garden
with its covered terrace provide a tranquil base for enjoying
a true Cote D'Azur experience.
The villa is
located within the quiet, gated and secure estate of Les
Restanques de Vaugrenier, just 15 minutes from Nice Airport
and between Nice and Antibes. Both the famous Mediterranean
resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo and the
medieval Provencal villages such as Biot, St Paul de Vence and
Eze sur Mer are within easy reach by car.
Villa BellaVista is new,
bright and spacious. The walls are cream and the floors are of
cream colour tiles. It is decorated throughout with bright
lively pictures. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double
bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two
further bedrooms with twin beds, a shower room and separate wc.
A cot is also available. All bedrooms have quiet efficient
ceiling fans for the comfort of guests. Downstairs is a
fourth bedroom with twin beds, an en suite shower room and
separate wc. The sitting room is equipped with superbly
comfortable sofas and armchair, plus a TV with full Sky
package, access to hundreds of European channels, and a DVD
player. It exits to the terrace through two sets of French
doors. They both make the sitting room light and airy and
enable the garden to be seen clearly. The dining room is
very elegantly furnished for eight people to dine in comfort.
A high chair can also be provided if required. The
delightful and practical kitchen is fully equipped with a
large American refrigerator dispensing ice, a ceramic hob,
oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, spin dryer and
plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Outside the terrace has a table and eight chairs for dining al
fresco while enjoying the view of Antibes. There is a large
Webster kettle barbeque to complement the outdoor living mode.
The pool, which can be illuminated at night, provides plenty
of surrounding space for sun lounging. It is surround by a
security fence for safety. This is removable under our guests
responsibility. The spacious garden is planted with many
species of Provencal flora and is amply equipped with
furniture for relaxation... .
There is free parking for two cars in the
estate road. The villa has plenty of cupboard space and ADSL
Broadband is available for internet access. For the winter,
the villa has central heating.
Guests also have access to the 25m estate swimming pool, sun
terraces, and boules court.
Local Attractions
Villa
Bella Vista is ideally situated for attractions along the coast and
inland, from beautiful beaches to a range of interesting provencal villages. The local village of Biot is typical :
known for the crafts of glass-blowing and pottery, it retains
its charm with regular festivals and markets held in the
village square. Visit the celebrity village of St Paul de
Vence with 16th century ramparts and one of Europe's finest
museums of modern art, the Foundation Maeght. The famous
Cannes Film Festival and the Grand Prix at Monaco are within
easy reach. Join the early evening promenade along the
Croisette at Cannes or relax at one of the pavement cafes to
watch the world go by. Visit the Casino at Monte Carlo.
Fourteen of the Riviera's best golf courses are within a 20
minute drive and the French Alps ski resorts are 60 minutes.
You can comfortably ski at Isola in the morning and be back
for lunch at Juan-les-Pins and an afternoon's round of golf.

Charming
Biot village is a 5 min drive for your morning coffee and
croissants. There are friendly boulangeries, cafes and
excellent restaurants. Lively Antibes, with its picturesque
old town, has interesting shops, art galleries, restaurants
and nightlife, plus the Picasso museum in the ancient Grimaldi
chateau. Biot/Villeneuve Loubet 1 km, Antibes 3 km, Nice 10
km, Cannes 15 km, Grasse and Monte Carlo 15 km.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. If you
would like to rent on another day, please contact us.Electricity (high usage
only) is charged by meter reading. Normal usage of
electricity does not incur this extra charge.
For two-week rentals, a mid-holiday cleaning and linen
change is included in the price. Additional cleaning can be
arranged at extra cost.
Linen and towels included (not beach towels). Cots and high chairs
available on request.
Garden and pool
maintenance included. For the comfort of all our guests, we request
no smoking inside the villa. Maid service, excursions,
airport and train transfers can be arranged, contact us for
details and prices.
A non-returnable deposit
of 25% is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks
before departure.
An additional security
deposit is required in case of damage or extra cleaning,
returnable within 2 weeks of your departure
