The Villa

A luxurious holiday rental home in romantic Mediterranean colours of rose and blue, Villa Luxe has a lovely garden and swimming pool with stunning sea views. The villa is set on an exclusive private domain on terraces planted with ancient olive trees. Featuring a cool, bright interior in cream and white with natural wood, the open-plan living room leads out to an attractive shady terrace. The well-equipped contemporary provencal kitchen opens off the dining area and for carefree holiday cooking there is a barbecue on the patio. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) and a family bathroom plus separate WC. The main bedroom with en suite bathroom has a charming Juliette balcony overlooking the lemon tree in the garden. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom and an additional shower room. Outside, admire the glorious views of the bay from the pool and garden. The villa is newly equipped and furnished to a very high standard to make your holiday a success.

Villa Luxe has a large open-plan living room with French windows leading onto an attractive shady terrace. The modern provencal kitchen with all appliances opens off the dining area. There are three double bedrooms upstairs (two doubles, one twin), two bathrooms (one en suite to the main bedroom) and an additional WC. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with a good-quality double sofabed and the third bathroom with shower. Cooling fans are provided. Outside, there is a stone-built barbecue on the patio and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun or the shade. The pool is floodlit in the evenings and has a sonar alarm for safety. There is safe parking for three cars. Guests at Villa Luxe also have use of the 25 metre domaine pool with a long shallow end which is rarely busy, even in the high season. There are sun terraces by the domaine pool and there is also a boules court. We request no smoking inside the villa.

Local Attractions

On the Cote d'Azur, from Monaco to St. Tropez, there are so many things to see and do, all within easy reach. At nearby Antibes, visit the provencal market and Picasso's studio in the Chateau Grimaldi before walking around the ramparts to the fishing port and luxury yacht harbour. In Cannes, join the early evening promenade along the Croisette where the Film Festival hand prints of stars and directors are set into the pavement. Lunch on bouillabaisse at one of the busy fish restaurants around the old port. For evenings out, Juan-les-Pins is the place for nightlife with a casino, nightclubs, late-night shops and people-watching. Try Pam-Pam for tropical cocktails and Brazilian music. For your morning coffee and croissants, Biot village is five minutes away with a selection of friendly cafes and good restaurants. Currency Converter -

Electricity (high usage only) is charged by meter reading. Normal usage of electricity does not incur this extra charge.

For two-week rentals, a mid-holiday cleaning and linen change is included in the price. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Linen and towels included (beach towels are not provided). Cots and high chairs available on request.

Garden and pool maintenance.

Maid service, excursions, airport and train transfers can be arranged, contact us for details and prices.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.

The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

An additional security deposit is required in case of damage or extra cleaning, returnable within 2 weeks of your departure
