The Villa
A contemporary, provencal villa with its own
infinity pool and spectacular views of the Baie des Anges,
'Med View Villa' is located on a quiet and secure domaine at
the heart of the Cote d'Azur, midway between Nice and Cannes.
In addition to enjoying the delightful villa garden with its
private pool, guests have use of the large domaine pool, sun
terraces and boules court. A pleasant walk leads through the
adjacent Vaugrenier National Park to the Mediterranean
beaches. The villa is 5 minutes from the picturesque village
of Biot with its typical boulangeries and cafes around the
village square. A short drive takes you to the fine yacht
harbour of Antibes, with fascinating medieval streets,
provencal markets and the Picasso museum. The sophisticated
resorts of Nice and Cannes are close by and Italy is one hour
away. Only 15 minutes' drive along the coast from Nice
airport, the villa's convenient location guarantees a perfect

An open-plan living room with fireplace has
double patio doors with traditional shutters giving onto a
shady terrace with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. All
modern appliances are provided in the designer kitchen and for
alfresco dining there is a stone-built barbecue on the
sun-filled patio. The charming terraced garden is planted with
bougainvillea, mimosa and olive trees and looks directly over
the park to the sea. There are four comfortable bedrooms (two
doubles, two twins), two bathrooms (one ensuite to the main
bedroom) and two separate WCs. Stylishly furnished with
touches of local Biot glassware and pottery, the villa is
decorated with original contemporary artwork and terracotta
floor tiles. There are fans for the summer and the attractive
open fireplace gives the opportunity to curl up on the sofas
next to a blazing log fire on cooler evenings. Everything
needed for a comfortable holiday is provided, including
linen, towels, satellite TV, and dial-up internet access.
Local Attractions
Med View
Villa is ideally situated for attractions along the coast and
inland, from beautiful beaches to a range of interesting
provencal villages. The local village of Biot is typical :
known for the crafts of glass-blowing and pottery, it retains
its charm with regular festivals and markets held in the
village square. Visit the celebrity village of St Paul de
Vence with 16th century ramparts and one of Europe's finest
museums of modern art, the Foundation Maeght. The famous
Cannes Film Festival and the Grand Prix at Monaco are within
easy reach. Join the early evening promenade along the
Croisette at Cannes or relax at one of the pavement cafes to
watch the world go by. Visit the Casino at Monte Carlo.
Fourteen of the Riviera's best golf courses are within a 20
minute drive and the French Alps ski resorts are 60 minutes.
You can comfortably ski at Isola in the morning and be back
for lunch at Juan-les-Pins and an afternoon's round of golf.

Biot village is a 5 min drive for your morning coffee and
croissants. There are friendly boulangeries, cafes and
excellent restaurants. Lively Antibes, with its picturesque
old town, has interesting shops, art galleries, restaurants
and nightlife, plus the Picasso museum in the ancient Grimaldi
chateau. Biot/Villeneuve Loubet 1 km, Antibes 3 km, Nice 10
km, Cannes 15 km, Grasse and Monte Carlo 15 km.
